Ohio Dominican University

This is a 3-credit hour course that is offered both online and face-to-face. It is taken by a variety of students, both traditional and non-traditional. It covers a range of topics, from the fundamentals of chemistry, physics, and biology, to environmental issues such as water resources and food production. It is primarily for students who are not natural science majors, and provides the basics of scientific methodology and our understanding of how nature works, while also encouraging students to see their reliance on nature. Students are asked to contemplate solutions to environmental problems and share their thoughts and opinions with others in the course.
