This is the second semester of introductory biology for majors, with a focus on evolution by natural selection and the diversity of life. I have taught this course at multiple institutions and now teach it every semester at Ohio Dominican. I have been able to take the students on field trips, including to Franklin Park Conservatory in Columbus, Ohio. My goals with this course are to introduce students to the immense diversity of living organisms and encourage them to understand the evolutionary influences constantly exerted on all living organisms.
