Glassboro Woods

April 7th, 2010

I spent a little less than 5 hours at Glassboro Woods, mainly just walking and birding, but also looking for salamanders a little bit. There were a few new birds around, and I got really lucky with snakes today. The Worm Snake was really nice, and the Black Rat Snake really surprised me, as I walked up right beside it before I saw it was there. I saw a mostly-white Wild Turkey with a regular wild-type turkey; I wonder if the white one is a domestic or just partially white.
